SERVICES

Most vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Validation for other service in conjunction with your voucher may vary, if unsure please contact a member of our customer service team. Your voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and can only be used as described. Vouchers, special offers, invitations and gift cards are transferable but are non-refundable once purchased. A voucher, special offers or promotions are not redeemable for cash or any other goods and can only be used as described.
The dates and times available for your photographic session in conjunction with selected vouchers, promotions, special offers and gifts may vary, please contact a member of our customer service team and have your reference or code available for further details.
A maximum of two people per session, if necessary, an additional couple can book a consecutive session if available. Deposits paid for more than a group of two can only be applied towards images on the day of your session.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To schedule an appointment, we require a refundable booking deposit of £50pp weekdays and £100pp weekends and bank holidays.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in a £25 per person no show fee and any deposit paid will not be redeemable. If accommodating a group of three (3) or more, as standard, an additional charge will be applicable, please enquire for rates. Once an appointment has been scheduled and you wish to cancel your appointment, your deposit will become non-redeemable. If an appointment is changed without a minimum of seven (7) business days notice or is rescheduled more then once, any deposit paid will not be redeemable. Any complimentary images that are part of any promotion, special offer or invitation are to be of the individual only (over 18).
You are required to bring a minimum of 4-6 wardrobe changes, attend with clean hair, minimal make-up and must show a valid invitation, promotion or voucher at the time of arrival at SW3 Chelsea. You should allow at least six (6) hours for your session, waiting times may vary and you should allow a minimum of one (1) hour for your images to be viewed.
If we are unable to accommodate you on the date of your appointment because our requirements have not been met, your appointment will be re-scheduled to another date. Your deposit may be applied to secure another appointment but can only be applied towards imagery on the rescheduled date.
Please aim to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive more then 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, SW3 Chelsea reserves the right not to accommodate you on that day, All rights reserved. Failure to do so may result in any deposit paid to be forfeited.
It may take up to thirty (30) days from the date of your appointment for your deposit to be credited back to you. Due to the sensitive nature of digital technology, whilst every effort is made to retain and safeguard your images we cannot carry any responsibility for images left on the premises after 6 months from the date of your shoot.

DATA PRIVACY POLICY

Your data may be used by SW3 Chelsea. We may notify you of any special offers, promotions, seasonal gifts or other products and services, and to advise you of any upcoming events. We may contact you either by post, via e-mail or telephone.
No data will be passed on or distributed to a third party unless requested or agreed.
We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions without notice.
We will not honour any verbal agreements made with sales representatives.

IMAGE STORAGE

Due to the sensitive nature of digital technology, whilst every effort is made to retain and safeguard your images we cannot carry any responsibility for images left on the premises after 6 months from the date of your shoot.
